France's fiscal situation has been warned again. The European credit rating agency Scope has downgraded the country's rating.

On October 19th, 金十数据 reported that European credit rating agency Scope Ratings downgraded France’s rating, which is another warning about the country’s fiscal situation and political obstacles to containing the budget deficit. The agency downgraded France’s rating from AA to AA-, with a stable outlook, the same as Belgium and the Czech Republic, three notches below the highest rating.
