The U.S. National Guard is still banned from entering Portland to perform duties.

On October 25, Jin10 reported that, according to several local media outlets in Oregon, on October 24, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in the United States lifted a recent stay order issued by the court, upholding the previous order by Judge Karin Immergut prohibiting the deployment of the National Guard on the streets of Portland, Oregon. The court stated that the National Guard is not allowed to enter Portland for duty until the full court hearing process is initiated. This order is effective until October 28, when the court will decide whether to have the full court rehear the case.
