According to a report by Bloomberg, Zach Witkoff, co-founder of World Liberty Financial, stated during an interview with Donald Trump Jr. at Token2049 in Singapore:

“The Trump family owns one of the most exciting real estate asset portfolios in the world. If I told you that you could go to the exchange and buy a token for the Dubai Trump Tower, what would you think?”

He believes that currently, general investors can only invest in a limited number of real estate through real estate investment trusts (REIT) or certain listed companies, but good assets should not be reserved solely for a few elites to invest in.

Zach Witkoff is the son of U.S. Special Envoy for Middle Eastern Affairs Steve Witkoff and a co-founder of World Liberty Financial (World Liberty Financial), which was co-founded with the Trump family last year. The company has issued a stablecoin USD1 and plans to launch features such as lending. He is also the chairman of a publicly traded financial company ALT5 Sigma, which holds another token issued by World Liberty Financial, WLFI.

Earlier this year, Dubai Trump Tower International Hotel and Tower ( announced its completion, and the hotel will include a members-only private club. The hotel will also have magnificent views of the Burj Khalifa and two penthouses with rooftop swimming pools.
