Haitai Xinguang: Shareholder reduction plan period has expired without reduction

Golden Ten Data reported on May 26 that Haitai Xinguang announced that shareholders Puaoda, Jielet and Ma Min plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 1,206,100 shares through centralized bidding transactions, not exceeding 1% of the company’s total share capital when the shareholding reduction plan was disclosed. Shareholder Zheng Jinlan plans to reduce his holdings of the company’s shares by no more than 21,000 shares through auction transactions, that is, no more than 0.0174% of the company’s total share capital at the time of the disclosure of the shareholding reduction plan. Shareholder Wang Fanghua plans to reduce his holdings of the company’s shares by no more than 54,500 shares through auction transactions, that is, no more than 0.0452% of the company’s total share capital at the time of the disclosure of the shareholding reduction plan. As of May 26, 2025, the shareholding reduction period expires, and none of the shareholders have reduced their shareholdings in the company.
