Abstract generation in progress

On October 30, the Kobeissi Letter released data indicating that approximately 60% of global stock markets reached all-time highs over the past 21 days, the highest level in at least two years. Major markets such as the United States, Canada, Japan, the United Kingdom, and Germany all set new records. This proportion has doubled in the past few weeks. The S&P 500 index alone has set 37 all-time highs this year, marking the third-best winning streak since 2017, behind the records of 57 in 2024 and 70 in 2021. The global risk asset bull run is at its peak.
