[Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission Chairman: Plans to provide guidance for digital asset treasury and study the issue of listed companies purchasing Bitcoin] Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission Chairman Huang Tianyou stated yesterday that there are currently no regulations in Hong Kong governing listed companies' participation in investing in Crypto Assets, and the situation will be monitored going forward, with plans to study providing relevant guidance for the market.
